Live in me, Spirit of Life.
We are aliveBecause others have livedAnd we all were born within homes we did not build.
Every one of us is aloneNo one can live a life but each selfAnd we all will have made our choices before we die.
Live in me, Spirit of Life.We are not aloneAny act one of us will choose must change other livesJust as every act others choose changes our own lives.
We are hurtMost often in errorBy the very risk of living we all accept in some way.
We know joyWhen souls embraces othersAnd new souls come to life between us.Live in me, Spirit of Life.
Alone and bound by unbreakable bonds,Knowing hurt and joy,We choose to live:So that others may live,And we may bring each other joyAnd learn to salve each others' hurts.
We chose a lifeThat blesses those who live When we are dead and forgotten by all but GodAnd so they may bless the home of love we leave for them.
Live in me, Spirit of Life, that we may live in You.Amen. Blessed Be.
