Social Justice Issues
The Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) works on a number of social justice issues at any given time. These issues are determined by the statements passed by Unitarian Universalists through our social witness process.
The social justice issues upon which we work can be divided into six general issue areas, listed below. Those issues in emphasized text have our highest priority.
Bisexual Gay Lesbian Transgender Equality
Civil Rights and Religious Liberty
- Criminal Justice Reform
- Gulf Coast
- Immigration
- Living Wage
- Native American Justice
- Truth and Reconciliation
