Employment Non-Discrimination
The Unitarian Universalist Association strongly supports the 2009 Employment Non-Discrimination Act (EDNA) H.R. 3017, which would ensure equality in the workplace for everyone, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
Our advocacy for this vital civil rights legislation stems from our religious conviction that every person has inherent worth and dignity, and that every person, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, should be treated equally under law.
