Assessing the Ministry of the Congregation

The ministry of a congregation is shared between called professional ministers, other professional staff (religious educators, music directors, membership coordinators, administrators, etc.) and lay leaders, members and committed friends.

Congregational leaders should set regular goals that are in alignment with your mission and vision and periodically assess how both the staff and lay leaders are helping to meet those goals.
