March 2009: Greener Pastures
Dear Friends,
Welcome to the Congregational Bulletin!
I hope you found the online home for the Bulletin easily. I encourage you to share this information with others by forwarding links and documents, though all of the documents are printable if you need a hard copy to post. And thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we shift to greener forms of communication!
It’s time to send in your nominations for the Award for Distinguished Service to the Cause of Unitarian Universalism. Do you know someone who has long exemplified what Unitarian Universalism stands for? Honor their work by nominating them for this prestigious award.
Enliven your religious education program by reading the sample Tapestry of Faith lesson and learning how your congregation can take advantage of the free programs available online.
Get the information you need to attend conferences this next year. Travel to Tulsa, OK, for the third Multiracial, Multicultural Conference or participate in the celebration of the Birth of Unitarian Universalism in Syracuse, NY.
Advocacy and Witness has tips on how to participate in the March’s Action of the Month; sexual education. Use their sample script to call your government representative and get involved!
Thanks again, if you have any questions or concerns regarding the new digital Congregational Bulletin, please contact me.
In Peace,
Sabe Graham
