Benefit Plans and Compensation Resources
The Office of Church Staff Finances (OCSF) provides information, services and programs for Unitarian Universalist (UU) congregations and their ministers, religious educators and other employees in matters of benefit plans, aid funds, and fair compensation.
Health Plan
The Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) Employee Benefits Trust, through its Board of Trustees and Health Plan staff, operates a self-funded health plan. For more information contact healthinsurance @ uua.org.
Retirement Plan
The UUA Retirement Plan enables UU congregations and other UU organizations to make tax-sheltered contributions for eligible staff members to an IRS qualified 401(a) defined contribution plan. For more information contact ocsf @ uua.org.
Group Insurance Plan
The Unitarian Universalist Association’s Group Insurance Plan (UUGIP) offers Long-Term Disability Insurance (LTD), Life Insurance and Dental Insurance coverage. For more information contact groupinsurance @ uua.org.
Aid Funds
OCSF administers funds that provide financial assistance to ministers in fellowship and other eligible persons. For more information contact ocsf @ uua.org.
