Policy Based Governance: A Resource for UU Congregations
Developed by John Carver, Policy Governance addresses numerous board conundrums—interminable meetings, overloaded agendas, vague accountability, micro-management, and loss of vision!
While Unitarian Universalist (UU) congregations have studied and used the concepts of Policy Governance® developed by John and Miriam Carver, they have adapted it to their circumstances, and so these applications cannot be deemed Policy Governance.
