Where are Planned Gifts invested?

The Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) has a long-standing business arrangement with State Street Global Advisors in Boston. Donations to charitable gift annuities, the pooled income fund and charitable remainder trusts are deposited in special trust accounts at State Street and invested in stocks and bonds. The bank holds the funds in trust until the donors die.

As of 6/2014 the combined value of the Annuity Trust and the Pooled Income Trust was over $10.2M. More information on State Street Global Advisors.

For more information contact giftplans @ uua.org.

This work is made possible by the generosity of individual donors and congregations. Please consider making a donation today.
