Architects of Growth
Some few of our congregations “break through,” but most are isolated, insulated, and dwindling in membership. We seek to hire Growth Professionals to work with large, midsized and small congregations respectively. They will be responsible for networking, sharing best practices, conducting trainings, and being the outside supporters, experts, and catalysts for growth. With their help we will grow our movement in meaning and influence, and in the number of people we serve and empower.
- $300,000 will fund three consultants (one each for large, midsize and small congregations) to work full time for one year.
