How Has UUism Touched Your Life?
For New Year 2009, we asked you to share blessings in your lives with us. From all over the world, you sent stories of the ways Unitarian Universalism (UUism) has transformed your lives, and those things for which you are deeply thankful during these turbulent times.
Read stories and blessings that have been shared.
You inspire us daily to strengthen Unitarian Universalism in our hearts and in the world. For that, we are profoundly grateful.
2009-2010 Fair Share Stays at $56 per Member
In response to the challenges posed by the recent economic downturn, the Unitarian Uninversalist Association (UUA) Board of Trustees moved to hold the Annual Program Fund Fair Share contribution for fiscal year 2009-2010 at the current rate of $56 per member.
And don’t forget to recertify your congregation’s membership before February 2, 2009.
Growing Our Diversity Together
Many thanks to the over 1,000 Unitarian Universalists who shared YOUR opinions on what Growth in Diversity projects should be funded by Association Sunday 2009! Informed by your responses to the recent online survey, President Bill Sinkford and Presidential Candidates Laurel Hallman and Peter Morales engaged in an unprecedented collaboration to select the three programs which your generous contributions will support.
Read about the chosen programs.
And as of January 27, 2009, nearly 120 congregations have already registered for Association Sunday 2009! Sign up to participate on October 4th of this year.
Give now to support Growth in Diversity.
