Stock Gifts Option 1
Option 1: Re-register stock certificates in the Unitarian Universalist Association's (UUA) name and mail them to UUA.Take your certificates to any broker and ask to have them re-registered in the name of the Unitarian Universalist Association, 25 Beacon Street, Boston, MA 02108. The tax I.D. number for the UUA is: 04-2103733.
When this is accomplished, simply mail the newly registered certificates to the UUA Stewardship and Development Office. The date of gift will be the date of the postmark.
