Contributions Information

The Unitarian Universalist Association’s (UUA) fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30.  Contributions to the Annual Program Fund (APF) must be received during this time period to be credited to that fiscal year.  We kindly ask that all checks are sent to the APF's P.O. Box, which is listed below. 

Membership numbers and Total Expense figures that are reported during the General Assembly Certification process are used to calculate Fair Share for the next fiscal year.  Please ensure accuracy in reporting to avoid errors in Fair Share calculations.  Certification is open November 15-February 1.

APF Check Processing: Allow 1-2 weeks. We strongly encourage you to remit your final check by June 1st so it can be properly credited and verified on your June statement, especially if you plan to send delegates to General Assembly in June.

Budgeting for Your APF Contribution When Your Fiscal Year Differs is a resource that can help congregations budget their contributions to the Annual Program Fund when the fiscal year does not run July-June.

APF Correspondence

Please mail correspondence directly to the APF office.  Letters or notes included with your payment to the bank P.O. box may be separated or lost.  Mail all correspondence to Annual Program Fund, UUA, 25 Beacon Street, Boston, MA 02108 or apf @ uua.org
