Exploring the Gifts Among Us
General Assembly 2008 Event 2055
Speakers: Rev. Dr. Terasa Cooley, Rev. Nancy Bowen
Program description: We Unitarian Universalists pride ourselves on our congregational polity. Yet congregations struggle to find ways of developing and equipping leaders to help bring their mission into being. How can we encourage a congregational culture which continually attends to the development of its leaders, both personally and institutionally? This workshop will help us develop the truly spiritual discipline of passing on our leadership.
