Leading Congregations Into a Multiracial, Multicultural Future: Now is the Time!

"Out of a possible 10, I rate this conference a 12!"

The conference happened in Tulsa, OK, April 3-5, 2009—the third multiracial, multicultural conference offered a dynamic, meaningful program at very affordable rates.

Participants learned how to merge the message and the reality of Inclusive Excellence into a congregation's ongoing growth strategy, attended multicultural worship services, and broadened understanding of what it means to be truly welcoming.

Unitarian Universalist congregational and district leaders from throughout the United States met in Tulsa to explore the dynamics of creating multiracial, multicultural congregations and live this important work as we seek to build just and inclusive communities through our commitment that is rooted in Unitarian Universalist identity, theology, and values.
