Charge to the Committee
The Compensation, Benefits and Pensions Committee (CBPC) provides:- education to congregational lay leadership, and ministerial and professional staff on the theological and practical grounding for equitable compensation and benefits, including and adequate pension plan and;
- oversight of the UU Organizations Pension Plan
