Young Adult Ministries
The Office of Young Adult Ministries advocates, educates, trains and develops resources for young adults and those engaged with young adult ministry with a commitment to creating multigenerational, culturally diverse, anti-racist, anti-oppressive institutions, communities, and ministries. In Fiscal Year 2009, the office will focus primarily in these three areas:
- Fostering effective ministry to and with our bridgers that results in congregational membership and lifelong relationship with Unitarian Universalism for our young adults.
- The strengthening of current campus ministry programs and leaders as well as the nurturing of new congregationally supported campus ministries.
- Improving programming and ministry to and with older young adults in congregations.
