Application

Take part in shaping the future of the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA)!  Application Deadline: Summer 2008. Brochure and application (Word) (PDF).

The UUA relies upon energetic, committed, visionary Unitarian Universalists to serve on the committees, commissions, boards, task groups and panels that work in partnership with staff to carry out the mission of the Association.

We are eager to draw volunteers from the rich diversity of our movement—theological, philosophical, geographical, political, ethnic, racial, affectional orientation, physical ability, gender and age. Consistent with resolutions of our General Assembly, we're intentional about becoming an anti-racist, anti-oppressions, multicultural institution, and we want our committees to embody that intention.

In even-numbered years, the UUA Nominating Committee receives nominations by mid-August, and selects nominees for the slate of candidates to be presented for election at the following General Assembly.

Have we piqued your interest? We hope so. To be considered for nomination to a committee, commission, task group or panel that interests you, just fill out our application (Word) (PDF).
