Attending Board Meetings
All Board of Trustees meetings are open to visitors.
Working Group meetings are open after Board member check in. Contact the working group convener for schedule. Administrative, Organization and Personnel Committee (AOPC) and Committee on Committees meetings are not open unless indicated. Observers who require a large print version of this agenda or specific reports should contact the Assistant to the Executive Vice President prior to the meeting.

Please let us know in advance if you would like to have:
- An assistive listening device (we are going to try out a personal amplifier that can be used whether or not you use a hearing aid)
- Printed materials in large print or electronic formats
- Other accommodations that we can provide
