Ministerial Fellowship Committee
The Ministerial Fellowship Committee (MFC) has jurisdiction over all phases of ministerial credentialing. Candidates for ministerial fellowship are interviewed by the Committee before fellowship is granted. Additionally, the MFC has the authority to remove ministerial fellowship.
Records of Ministerial Fellowship are maintained by the Executive Secretary of the MFC.
Vacancy
The Committee on Committees of the UUA Board of Trustees is accepting applications for a community minister vacancy on the Ministerial Fellowship Committee (MFC), to fill out the remainder of a term until December 31, 2009. The appointee would be eligible for re-appointment to three more 2-year terms. Ministerial members of the MFC must be in full fellowship with the UUA. Members of UUA Committees must be able to demonstrate functional competency in anti-racism, anti-oppression, and multiculturalism.
Travel and other meeting expenses are covered, per established guidelines. The Committee on Committees application form can be found online.
The deadline for applications is May 16, 2008.

Open Meeting
The Ministerial Fellowship Committee (MFC) will meet September 25-28, 2008, at the Eliot and Pickett house at 6 Mt Vernon st, Boston MA 02108. On September 28th at 1 p.m., the MFC will hold an open meeting for any who wish to attend. The agenda will include non-confidential items from the Working Group Reports and will continue until those items have concluded.
