Rule G-4.18.1. Notice to Member Congregations and Districts.
The General Assembly Planning Committee shall by November 1 whenever in the fiscal year the General Assembly opens in June, otherwise not less than two hundred and ten days before each regular General Assembly, notify each certified member congregation and district of the dates for submitting items for the Tentative and Final Agenda, the procedure to be followed, and the forms to be used.Last updated on Monday, November 13, 2006.
