Rule G-4.7.1. Recording the Vote on Resolutions.
The vote on resolutions shall be recorded as having been adopted:- unanimously; or
- by a vote of two-thirds or more; or
- by a specified vote for or against.
When any resolution is reported by the Association, the recorded vote on each resolution shall be included.
