*Section 6.4. Election of Trustees.
The youth trustee at large and one-half of the other number of trustees at large shall be elected at the regular General Assembly held in each odd-numbered year. One-half, as nearly as possible, of the trustees representing districts shall be elected prior to each such General Assembly.
