Associate Member Organizations
The UUA Board of Trustees grants membership to major organizations that fulfill the following criteria: the organization's membership or constituency consists of individuals located throughout the Association; it's purposes and programs are auxiliary to and supportive of the principles of the Association; and the organizations pledges itself to financially support the Association.

Independent Affiliate Organizations
The UUA Board of Trustees grants independent affiliate status to independently constituted and operated organizations whose purposes and intentions match criteria established by the UUA Bylaws. The Office of the Executive Vice president maintains a list of current independent affiliates and coordinates with the UUA Board the annual review of each organization's status. Send requests for acceptance to organizations @ uua.org.
